The UK’s leading carbon-neutral transport solutions company, Big Green Coach, has been retained by Tottenham Hotspur Football Club to provide a sustainable, supporter-focused transport network for the fourth consecutive year; continuing a shared vision for affordable, hassle-free, greener travel solutions for fans.
With over 60,000 supporters arriving in Tottenham for each game, the challenge was set to provide a sustainable and efficient public transport solution for many of the fans. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a public transport destination, served by four train stations, with pioneering sustainable transport solutions company Big Green Coach brought in to provide logistical solutions to regional coach travel from Spurs supporter heartlands.
Provisions include creating and scheduling services and timetables for Spurs fans for all home and away games, implementing a coach seat booking system, advertising the travel services through various marketing channels, and on-site management of fans and vehicles.
Big Green Coach and Spurs worked together to develop a coach parking location and signage along a new walking route. The signage and experienced Big Green Coach staff were introduced, and supporters quickly learned the short, convenient walking route between the coach park and the stadium.
In addition to providing a coach travel solution for all home and away matches for football matches, Big Green Coach also provides an official coach network for all major music events at the stadium. This year, Pearl Jam and P!nk are performing at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Big Green Coach is providing a coach travel solution for both. Previously, Big Green Coach has provided a coach solution for concerts at the stadium for the likes of Beyonce, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lady Gaga, Guns N Roses, as well as major boxing events such as the Anthony Joshua fight vs Usyk.
The carbon-neutral transport company provides a manager for all stadium events, working closely with Tottenham Hotspur stewards, who provide a permit-only parking zone. This close partnership is key to the logistical success on site.

Providing a sustainable supporter transport network supports the club’s Health and Safety visions, while also providing a greener, more responsible approach to supporter travel. On average one coach will reduce local traffic by 20 cars. At Big Green Coach, flexibility is paramount and we have the experience to understand the need to be flexible on these types of projects.”
