Smartrad Creative is drawing on decades of productions and projects within the Theatre, Tv and Live Event industries. They are seeking ways to make productions more sustainable, from the first conversations, to the delivery of productions.

Smartrad Creative is supporting sustainable events by supplying rental scenic flats for installation in marquees, double deck structures, hallways, hotels, tv sets, studios and all other venues. They offer a rental solution of a timber scenic flattage – for internal cladding of event structures and corridors.

By renting their generic modular flats – the client doesn’t skip the product at the end of the event, it comes back into stock, checked over and is reused on another event.

Smartrad Creative’s aim is to be a home to a set recycle facility – taking used performance or event products and being able to reuse, recycling or reselling as much as possible before the final landfill option.

Setflats.co.uk is a new 2023 edition of Smartrad Creative and looks to the future of Events and Television, provides sustainable products and recycles and reuses flattage as a better option than making events scenery that just ends up in the skip.
